After a particularly bad experience with the lowest bidder on our exterior painting job (shut down by the city for violating lead laws), Smart Coats came to the rescue. Ed worked everything out with the city to take over for the previous contractor and ensure that all regulations were followed. They did an amazing job removing many layers of old paint and re-painting our 1890 Victorian. I couldn’t recommend them more.
